Providing requirements gathering, project management, lead and senior software engineers for project with the City of Baltimore Health Department. Responsibilities include setup of development, testing and staging environments, Git repositories, installation and configuration of RedCap EDC (Research Electronic Data Capture), enhancement of software, leadership and mentoring of junior developers and drafting technical documentation of various aspects of the project.
